Parish Picnic
Sunday, April 27th, 10:30am
At St. Andrew’s North Campus in Ridgeland. An outdoor service with music, a picnic lunch, and activities for children. 10:30 service at the picnic, 8:30 in the Chapel.

MCO Concert
Sunday, April 27th, 3:00pm
The Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra performs select pieces from Gilbert & Sullivan, Broughton, Dvorak, and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Featuring tuba solist Wade Rackley and guest concertmaster Ms. Tyler Dennis.

Food Pantry Sunday
Sunday, May 4th
Bring non-perishable food items to help stock the Stewpot food pantry. Bags can be dropped off in the front of the Nave in front of the pulpit.

Servant Sunday
Sunday, May 4th
On this special Sunday we will honor the work of Cathedral volunteers during the 10:30am service. Following the service, a celebratory lunch and some refresher courses for our Sunday volunteers.

Mustard Seed Hand Bell Choir

During the 10:30 service, a special performance by the “Bells of Faith” hand bell choir.

Music in the City
Tuesday, May 6th, 5:15 cash bar, 5:45 performance
At the Mississippi Museum of Art. Join us for another installment of Music in the City, sponsored by the Cathedral. This performance features pianist Buck McDaniel and violinist Adrianne Munden-Dixon.

Senior Prom: The Phunky Phoenix!
Saturday, May 10th, 6:00pm
At St. Andrew’s Lower School. A party for folks 50+, with dancing and socializing. If you missed last year’s party, you’ll definitely want to join us this time around! To get more information or to volunteer to help, contact Gracey (gbelote@standrews.ms). Tickets are $30/each, RSVP at standrews.ms/prom.

Bishop Wells visits the Cathedral
Sunday, May 11th
Our bishop, the Rt. Rev. Dr. Dorothy Sanders Wells, will join us for her annual visit. Come join us and give her a great Cathedral welcome! The bishop will be at both services, confirmations and receptions at 10:30.

Sunset Chords
Sunday, May 11th, 5:00pm
Featuring Raphael Semmes and Friends. Join us on the columbarium for outdoor music. Bring your own snacks, beverages, and chair.

Burnt Offerings (men’s dinner group)
Thursday, May 15th, 6:30pm
A dinner and social gathering for men of the Cathedal. Bring your own beverage as well as meat for the grill. Sides are provided for $10/person.

Senior Sunday
Sunday, May 18th, 10:30am
We will celebrate our graduating high school seniors during the 10:30 service and acknowledge them in the bulletin sleeve and E-Pistle. If you have a relative who is graduating, please send a picture, the school they’re graduating from, and plans for next year if available.
