Candlemas
Sunday, February 1, 6:30 pm
Candlemas is one of the oldest Christian liturgical observances dating back to the 4th century. It observes Jesus being presented at the Temple 40 days after his birth as was the custom. We celebrate this day with a quiet, contemplative, candlelit, service in the Nave.
