Planning for the Future
Dean’s Forum: Parish Hall
Preparing for the end of life is one of those things you know you should do — but have you actually sat down and done it? Did you know that having a will or other estate plan is so important a part of Christian faith and stewardship that it is explicitly addressed in our book of worship? Yes, that is right. The Book of Common Prayer speaks of “the duty…of all persons to make wills.” (P. 445). “The Minister of the Congregation” is here directed to instruct the people “of the duty of all persons to make wills, while they are in health, arranging for the disposal of their temporal goods.” Please join the St. Andrew’s Endowment Committee and Clergy to learn more about resources you can utilize in your planning.
